What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through a form or pop-up on this site, we collect your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, the plan you are interested in and any message you write.

When you pay for a plan we record the plan, the amount and a payment reference. Card and banking details are handled entirely by our payment provider, Razorpay, and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about the plan you enquired about, to deliver the plan you have paid for, and to provide ongoing nutrition guidance.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and this site is hosted on Vercel. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Each holds your data only to provide these services to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond and provide service. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Health information

Any health details you share are used only to build your nutrition plan. Nutrition guidance supports, and does not replace, care from your doctor.
