Diet plans

Diet plans are digital. Your personalised plan is sent over WhatsApp, usually within 24 to 48 hours of payment and of receiving your health and lifestyle details.

Meal delivery

Meals are cooked fresh and delivered daily within our serviceable areas. Delivery windows are agreed with you over WhatsApp when your plan starts.

Serviceable areas

Meal delivery is available in selected areas only. Please message us before buying a meal delivery plan so we can confirm we deliver to you.

Delays

If a delivery is delayed or missed for a reason on our side, that day is credited or refunded.
