About these terms
These terms apply to plans bought through this website. By buying a plan you agree to them.
What a plan includes
Each plan lists what it covers on its card. Plans typically include a daily diet plan personalised to your lifestyle, guidance over WhatsApp, and home-based food suggestions.
Plans are prepared for one named person and are not transferable.
Results
Target weight loss of 5–6 kg per month is an aim, not a guarantee. Results depend on how closely the plan is followed and on individual factors including medical history, medication and activity levels.
Health and medical care
Fitness Formula provides nutrition guidance. It is not medical treatment and does not replace advice from your doctor. Please tell us about medical conditions, pregnancy and medication before starting, and keep following your doctor’s advice.
Payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your plan begins once payment is confirmed.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information about your health, routine and food preferences. A plan built on incorrect information may not be suitable for you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
